In general, living onboard a sailing yacht is a unique experience.

It might feel kind of camping in a luxurious caravan on the water.
There are only double rooms available (double beds). If you are traveling alone, be prepared to share a cabin with someone you just met. We'll be spending more time on deck anyways where the Sea will be our garden.
However we chose to sail with Catamarans, which are the most spacious and comfortable sailing boats type to allow a pleasant experience for the seasoned sailors and for the people that approach it for the first time.
If you're not entirely comfortable sharing a cabin, we suggest bringing along a friend to share the experience and the space. If that's not possible, please know that we’ve had wonderful experiences with cabin sharing in the past.
On our first evening, we’ll come together for a welcome dinner, giving everyone a chance to connect and get acquainted before settling in.
We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your preferences, including ensuring that no one shares a cabin with someone of the opposite sex unless that’s preferred. Besides, by the end of the week, it’s not uncommon for guests to forgo their cabins entirely in favor of sleeping on deck beneath the stars.

As the retreat is open for a European/Worldwide guests the main language spoken on board will be english
The yoga classes will be held in english as well.
The team has mixed heritages, we do speak Italian, French and Chinese but we strive for inclusive language use.
You are more than welcome. All you need is an open mind and interest in that subject. Everything else will flow naturally as you will be guided well throughout the whole week.

For trip to Greece, Athens International Airport ATH is the best option.
On a beach or surrounded by turquoise blue sea, we start the day with Vinyasa flow that energises us from head to toes, and creates space in the body and heart.
We enjoy our breakfast while we sail to the next adventure, and enjoy a morning reading, tanning, relaxing, or learning sailing with our skippers.
After arriving, we drop the anchor and jump into the water for a refreshing swim. Snorkelling and stand-up paddling equipments are also available if you want to experience the water in a different way.
Colourful lunch will be ready for us as a delicious recharge. And in the afternoon, we go for a hike and visit the wonders of the island. Or maybe not. Read a book or watch the clouds or take a nap. After all, is your retreat.
We regroup in the evening for dinner, and afterwards, an evening yoga section to relax, breathe and meditate. There will also be a few special evenings where we find peace and connection from other community activities.
